Chris was absolutely brilliant in regard to installing my gas hob! There was an issue with lack of essential info from the company who supplied it and he spent time phoning them to sort it out. After their rude response, we decided to return it. He advised on what to look for, and the required installation info when purchasing a replacement, and responded to all my texts with answers to my many questions! When the new one arrived, he came the same day to fit it, along with a new oven, (which involved altering the gas pipe work). I couldn’t have wished for better service, and if I need any ‘gas related’ work doing, he is definitely the person I would go to. I can’t speak highly enough of him and his assistant, and thoroughly recommend using Brecon Boilers.
