We have used Chris several times over recent years, to service and resolve issues with our boiler. Chris always delivers 1st class service, always polite, well mannered and chatty. Always informs you of what is wrong and shows you what the problem is. Will always try his best to resolve the problem, find the cheapest, affordable options without jumping straight to most expensive. He always tries to fix the problem. On one occasion he spent all day with us to sort out an issue, cold radiator’s, needed in the end to flush them. this last visit could not fix it, called into plumb centre in Brecon on the way home after leaving us saying he will ring us Monday to tell us, when part has arrived and return. But Chris being Chris managed to get the part, rang me and said he was on his way back. This was 5pm, Chris has a young family and did not expect this. he arrived fitted the part, once again had a full working central heating system. excellent service and price. Will gladly recommend him
