Review: “At last a heating engineer who is reliable and efficient! Normally we despair of them and plumbers. A small family business. We have had them out twice. They come promptly (especially important for us as we have a holiday let property) and when they say they are going to come and get things sorted.

If Carlsberg did oil boiler repairs.....

Review: “Chris installed a gas burner on my bakery oven replacing a wood pellet burner. Not your average job however, Chris filled me with confidence from the first moment I met him he really knows his stuff. The work was carried out in a time frame that suited my business with as little disruption as possible and he was very clean and tidy. The finished job is amazing there were a few problems which he had to overcome during the process top marks. Chris has called to inspect the finished work twice since competition and both times has asked me how happy I am with the job. As for the price I have nothing to compare it with but I thought it was reasonably priced.

Review: “Just wanted to say a massive thanks to Chris for all his help and advice. Chris advised us that our old boiler needed replacing and was able to answer all our questions on a suitable replacement that would upgrade our current central heating. We now have a new boiler,all working fine and installed in a few hours. Chris and Graham treated our home with respect and left everything clean and tidy. The price Chris quoted was the cheapest we found and more than £1000 cheaper than Eon and British Gas. Chris also took the time to look at and correct problems with two showers and a bathroom extractor fan and would not take any extra money for it. Chris provides an excellant service and we would recommend him to anyone who has any central heating issues.

Review: “Chris and his colleague were consummate professionals. They met the timelines promised and were punctual, hard working and efficient. They clearly explained the issues with my heating system in layman’s terms and got my freezing home piping hot. They also brilliantly responded to an unscheduled follow up visit to correct a fault that we had caused through mismanaging the timer. They never billed us and we enjoyed a pleasant chat about some of Chris’s personal interests. A thoroughly decent chap. 3 days later Chris turned up to make the scheduled follow up test on all the systems, fine tuned as he’d advised would need doing and there has been no issue since. Review: “I cannot praise Brecon Boilers to the level that deserve. I had an emergency and they turned out very quickly and sorted the issue. The service was totally acceptable and I had a follow-up call to check all was OK. The bill was totally outside the jokes about Plumber’s accounts and very reasonable indeed. These guys are brilliant. For the record: I’m not his mum.

Review: “Dave and Jackie would like to THANK GOD FOR STAINT CHRIS AND GANG, JOB WELL DONE, FANTASTIC SERVICE We have used Chris several times over recent years, to service and resolve issues with our boiler. Chris always delivers 1st class service, always polite, well mannered and chatty. Always informs you of what is wrong and shows you what the problem is. Will always try his best to resolve the problem, find the cheapest, affordable options without jumping straight to most expensive. He always tries to fix the problem. On one occasion he spent all day with us to sort out an issue, cold radiator’s, needed in the end to flush them. this last visit could not fix it, called into plumb centre in Brecon on the way home after leaving us saying he will ring us Monday to tell us, when part has arrived and return. But Chris being Chris managed to get the part, rang me and said he was on his way back. This was 5pm, Chris has a young family and did not expect this. he arrived fitted the part, once again had a full working central heating system. excellent service and price. Will gladly recommend him

Review: “Chris was absolutely brilliant in regard to installing my gas hob! There was an issue with lack of essential info from the company who supplied it and he spent time phoning them to sort it out. After their rude response, we decided to return it. He advised on what to look for, and the required installation info when purchasing a replacement, and responded to all my texts with answers to my many questions! When the new one arrived, he came the same day to fit it, along with a new oven, (which involved altering the gas pipe work). I couldn’t have wished for better service, and if I need any ‘gas related’ work doing, he is definitely the person I would go to. I can’t speak highly enough of him and his assistant, and thoroughly recommend using Brecon Boilers.

Review: “Used the powerflushing service to clean out our central heating system (not done for more than 10 years and was very inefficient!) The service was excellent, a thorough clean, minimal fuss and replaced values throughout. Well worth the price as our heating system is fully functioning, leak free and is using measurably less fuel.
