Gas Burner on My Bakery Oven
“Chris installed a gas burner on my bakery oven, replacing a wood pellet burner. Not your average job, but Chris filled me with confidence from the first moment I met him. He really knows his stuff. The work was carried out in a time frame that suited my business with as little disruption as possible, and he was very clean and tidy. The finished job is amazing. There were a few problems which he had to overcome during the process, top marks. Chris has called to inspect the finished work twice since completion and both times asked how happy I was with the job. As for the price, I have nothing to compare it with, but I thought it was reasonably priced.”

Chris advised us that our old boiler needed replacing and was able to answer all our questions about a suitable replacement to upgrade our central heating. We now have a new boiler, all working fine and installed in a few hours. Chris and Graham treated our home with respect and left everything clean and tidy. The price Chris quoted was the cheapest we found and more than £1000 cheaper than Eon and British Gas. Chris also took the time to look at and correct problems with two showers and a bathroom extractor fan and would not take any extra money for it. They also brilliantly responded to an unscheduled follow-up visit to correct a fault that we had caused through mismanaging the timer. They never billed us, and we enjoyed a pleasant chat about some of Chris’s personal interests. A thoroughly decent chap. On one occasion, he spent all day with us sorting out cold radiators, eventually flushing them. Another time, he went out of his way to collect a part after hours and returned at 5 pm to fit it. “Chris was absolutely brilliant in installing my gas hob. There was an issue with missing essential information from the supplier, and he spent time phoning them to sort it out. When they were unhelpful, he advised me on purchasing a better replacement. When the new one arrived, he came the same day to fit it, along with a new oven, which involved altering the gas pipework. I couldn’t have wished for better service. If I need any gas-related work done, Chris is the person I would go to. Highly recommend.”
